Of her summer employment experience, she said, “We spend time cleaning our community, picking up litter and cutting grass. We also worked with our supervisor, Mike Biever, on some construction jobs. The judging of the Kwunew Kwasun Cultural Resource Centre Logo Contest took place on Thursday, October 24th in the band office council chambers in Mill Bay. The invited judges were Ester Harry, Roy Daniels, Dean Harry, Ashley Harry, and Michelle Buchanan. Robert Sagmeister was also in attendance to host and help guide the process.
